Anuradha nakshatra represents a door to another world as well as the friend who offers it. Actually all our friendships are ruled by Lord Mitra. He rewards those who maintain friendships with other casts, with those who have hit rick bottom, anyone who needs a helping hand. The basic precept that the guest is God is maintained here. That the other is god. Some of the tantca attributes come in thru Anuradha such as worship of the consort. And if I am shiva then my consort is all of nature; whatever we use as a vehicle for our creative potential becomes our consort. Devotion in general is ruled by Anuradha.
"The yogi becomes master of this universal will by exerting his own will with great force and determination, one-pointedly entreating the universal reality to follow his intention. In this way he comes to know his true nature which he so earnestly implores, and that the power of it's will is his own. He catches hold of the power of consciousness which is engaged in emanating and withdrawing all things, and which serves as a means of friction between the two creative poles of externally emanated diversity and inwardly withdrawn unity."
I saw this beautiful collection of old, dead things the other day: dry twisted sticks, strange stones, feathers, shells, snake skins, dead bugs, dry aliens, and probably so e toe nail clipping she was to embarasses to show me. Maybe I'll get to see the personal collection some day.
"Everything arises out of the individual soul and so he is all things because he perceives his identity with the awareness he has of them. Therefore there is no state in the thoughts of words or their meanings that is not Siva. It is the enjoyer alone who always and everywhere abides as the object of enjoyment."
There is one thing that unites all spiritual people, and that the belief that there is more to life than this body and these physical/material forms: there's spirit, or soul or something that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Vishakha nakshatra is Shakti. The hidden power of the vow, the power that comes from hard tapas. She is the one with dark hair and firey eyes, she has full hips and lively legs. She is the ritual that mixes out wish with our vow and from this she determines out reward.
