It generally advises that the end justifies the means. It was a manual for the New Prince for whom he said it was better to be feared than loved and that enemies should be dealt with in such a way that there is no possibility of revenge. It was necessary for. new prince to utilize brute force, deceit and fear to install order. Rahu Saturn 1486 – 1489: It’s likely he was in school then, learning grammar, rhetoric, and Latin ; and probably classical Greek. Jupiter Saturn 1501 – 1504: He got married in 1501 and had seven children: five sons and two daughters. He was sent on a diplomatic mission to Rome and Pistola to pacify the leaders of two opposing factions which had broken into riots in 1501 and 1502; when diplomacy didn’t work, they were banished from the city. It was likely in this period that he started building a state militia since he distrusted mercenaries. Saturn Mahadasha 1683 – 1702: From 1687 to 1690, Leibniz traveled extensively in Germany, Austria, and Italy, seeking and finding archival materials for a History of the House of Brunswick. Around 1696 he asked a woman to marry him but withdrew his proposal after she took too long, “…as far as we are capable of knowledge we sin in neglecting to acquire it…” “He who does not act does not exist.”
