Saturn in Aries 6th house
Rules the 3rd & 4th houses for Scorpio ascendant.
Phala Deepika Saturn in 6th house: “Makes the native a glutton, wealthy, vanquished by the enemy, stubborn but with a strong sense of self respect. Native develops neurotic troubles.”
Jataka Bharnam Saturn in 6th house: “The native conquers his enemies, appreciates the qualities of the other person, obeys the commands of brahmins, has a strong body, strong digestion and good appetite. This Saturn is considered auspicious, they do not fear thieves, profit from cattle, instil fear in their enemies, obtain prosperity, and many followers and attendants as well as kindness from the king. One suffers from windy disease. A weak Saturn with malefic influence hare can bring very inauspicious effects: difficulties in profession and losses to servants.”
B.V. Raman Saturn in the 6th house: “Quarrelsome; obstinate; voracious eater; foe-less; courageous. If afflicted, one gets sick due to privation or neglect; troubles through subordinates. If Mars is the afflicting planet, dangerous illness and operations. If Rahu afflicts, the person suffers from hysteria. Well aspected denoted gain through contract work, mining, masonry, etc.”
Chamatkar Chintamani Saturn in the 6th house: “The native has nothing to fear from enemies, thieves or even the king. A matchless warrior, contrary and combative. Blessed with cattle wealth. Trouble through maternal uncles. He is well known, generous, and prosperous, but not without some trouble. Fond of merit, noble, a protector, strong and healthy with a good appetite. He is recognised by enemies, blessed with sons and has respect for the learned. He is sensual, can face heavy odds and has plenty of attendants and followers. The native is robust, healthy, powerful, fortunate with much pleasure, jewellery, conveyance in life. He is learned, rich, happy, free from enemies, a favourite of the government, loving wife and lucky sons. The native has few relatives or brethren. He annihilates his enemies and possesses growing wealth.
If Saturn is weak by sign or placement the native is denied progeny and will remain weak and the enemy will be mean; in other signs he is triumphant. If in own sign or exalted the native will be a good writer, wealthy, lustful and potent with a charming personality. With a well placed Saturn he will have no enemies. The native may suffer from diabetes and/or venereal disease, but he will be brave and intelligent.
If Mars conjoins there will be much travelling abroad, makes a poor raja yoga, effort is fruitless, happiness is denied, but the native will be industrious. If afflicted by the luminaries incurable disease like rheumatism. The trouble point is typically indicated by the sign Saturn is in. There is loss and trouble from attendants, menials, animals, accidents and operations; circulatory problems, indigestion and debility. Favourable if in Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, Gemini, Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces.
There will be trouble and hinderance early in life and no help or support from any quarter. Much criticism and little gain after much work and effort. He gains through cattle wealth and takes premature retirement due to sickness. He will face economic hardship in old age; wealth, authority and fame do not come all together. In a fire sign there will be rheumatism.”
BPHS 3rd lord in the 6th house: “Inimical to brother, very wealthy, enmity with maternal uncle but love for maternal aunt.”
B.V. Raman 3rd lord in the 6th house: “Hates brothers and relatives and has difficulty through them, becomes rich, maternal relatives will suffer. Accepts illegal gratifications. If well disposed, the younger brother joins the army. One of the brothers becomes a successful physician. If the 6th lord also conjoins, the native becomes either a sportsman, physical cultures, or an athlete. If the 6th and 3rd are both afflicted he will suffer from diseases and be tormented by enemies and he will himself be deceitful.”
BPHS 4th lord in the 6th house: “The native will be given to wrath and theft, he will have a questionable character, be self-willed and vicious. This is a very inauspicious placement for any ascendant. Disputes over land, quarrels with tenants and people living in his house, and diminished popularity. Vehicle accident is common. These natives are often adopted. For Taurus ascendant debilitated Sun will cause a great lack of happiness, dejection, mother will not be well disposed and one remains sickly. The same will happen in Scorpio ascendant when Saturn is debilitated in 6th: the native will suffer great misery and sad consequence. Exalted Mars in 6th house: is said to be the only exception to this suffering.”
B.V. Raman 4th lord in the 6th house: “Short-tempered and mean. He will have dissimulating habits, evil thoughts and intentions. Always roaming about.” Kuhu Yoga: 4th lord in the 6th, 8th or 12th house: “The native will be bereft of mother, conveyances, friends, happiness, ornaments, relations. The person will be unemployed and without a place of living having lost the one owned by him or her associating with low people of the opposite sex.”

Saturn in Aries 6th house
Rules the 3rd & 4th houses for Scorpio ascendant.
They have a dark and dangerous mentality. This Saturn can be very exhausting and there will likely be a lot of impulsive, erratic, self-destructive behaviours; violence and aggressive tendencies might also be seen. Debt, illness, addiction, enemies, persistent cycles of blame and accusation. They are not likely to take any responsibility for the trouble in their life. They can be quite brutal, unforgiving and un repentant. Vata & pitta imbalances will be there causing much trouble due to heat and dryness in the emotional & physical bodies.
Health problems related to chest, lungs, heart and the spine. Stomach or digestive problems. Over-working, chronic fatigue, chronic illness, nervous complaints and persistent pain the joints or connective tissues. There could be poisons or toxins in the blood such as heavy metals, or perhaps lead poisoning, likely caused by workplace exposure slowly accumulating over time. Many of the artist with this Saturn were using lead paints which can cause respiratory problems, oedema, and neurological problems. Silica dust in ceramics can also cause lung problems. The glazes used in ceramics also contained lead or cadmium which also have long term toxic effects. Females are not likely to have milk in their breast, poor lactation, and possibly cysts and other breast problems. Breast will likely be small and flabby. Both sexes might also have trouble with the lymphatic system due to dryness.
Since 3rd & 4th house lord is in the we might see breathing problems, lung problems, heart problems, back (spine) problems, hormone imbalance, pain and stiffness in the hands, arms, shoulders. And since the debilitation is in the 6th house there will certainly be stomach and digestive trouble. Aspect to 8th house can cause constipation. Aspect to the 12th can affect the feet and the lymph. We’ve already discussed the 3rd house problems. Since fight or flight is triggered so often they might have hormonal imbalance, especially if Venus & Moon are also harmed in the chart. We might also think about the pineal in Aries, thyroid of 3rd house & the thymus regulating the immune system in 4th house. High testosterone creating a domineering toxic sexuality. Manic depression is also likely. Addictive tendencies (drugs, alcohol, steroids, uppers, downers) are likely as they try to self medicate (remember these people will not ask for help and will resist even going to the clinic when they have a legitimate problem. They don’t have much trust in anyone or anything especially those who claim they are there to help. They will likely be nursing deep-seated resentment.
This might related with gang activity, dodgy neighbourhoods, poor and decrepit living conditions. Trouble with mother, parents, landlords, police, schools as they resist fitting in. They likely grew up changing homes and schools and never really found a place or a community where they belonged. The constant moving and shifting is likely to have shielded them from having to face any kind of real consequences for their actions. Parents many have been absent or just bad role models. There will be no shortage of low-lifes in these peoples lives. They might not have much choice but to get involved with such people; it’s just one of those harsh realities they have to accept and deal with. On the other hand they might be police, security or bouncers whose (dangerous) job it is to deal with such people.
There is probably a lot of tension in the home, a kind of civi war in the home, the neighbourhood and possibly in the country.A normally mundane activity like waking home or being home can be life threatening. They don’t have much of a childhood, they have responsibilities from a young age. They might just be trying to survive the only way they know how. It might be tension in the home: don’t rock the boat, don’t poke the bear who is already angry. Discipline becomes a very powerful force in their lives, but it can be demanding a lot from them as children. They really have to be perfect; and a Scorpio native is anything but perfect. They can become good at hiding their problems and they are not likely to ask for help. Most likely they are from a broken home while the parents resist divorce no matter how bad things might be or how absent one of the partners is. Disputes, litigating and divorce can drag out for a long time. Laziness and apathy can delay taking action to address the troubles in life, but once they do, they are sure to complete the mission successfully.
They have a powerful will that can go about life despite great danger. But you don’t want to be their enemy because they can be very vengeful, when the time a place is right; and they can wait a long time, but that time will come.
They can flip all this destructive energy around into healing themselves through the gym, exercise, physical movement. Intensive yoga, dance, martial arts, survivalism, bushcraft, military training. Their narrative and life story will be all about work and responsibility, duties, staying focused so you don’t die. They are resilient and can be come very disciplined like a soldier or survivalist.
Saturn Ashwini 6th House
Lord of 3rd & 4th houses for Scorpio ascendant.
There will be extra chaos in the workplace and a greater level of disconnection from the home when this Saturn is in Ashwini. They are more like to be pushed to respond to random events and provide emergency services, emergency response, trauma situations. They will have to act fast to fix problems. Health problems are more likely to affect the brain and be felt in the head.
Robert Bates: Saturn conjunct Rahu; aspected by Jupiter. Mars in Scorpio. Mountaineer, author, teacher. We do see some of the healing nature and innovation of Ashwini through the character she plays. This character carried the extra burden of being the daughter of a the most famous and incredible female surgeon. It’s television so the physical & emotional drama & traumas are none stop. Crazy artists practically killing themselves for their art. The impulsiveness of Aries seems to be channelled into art and creativity. Stream of consciousness. We might note that with all the artists on the list who have this, it was the action of their brush stroke which was the key to their work like a dance, like martial art that communicates with gestures. A narrative of violence, crime, exploitation,

Picasso: Saturn aspected by Sun. Mars in Gemini. His Saturn periods typically brought relationship crossovers. The Jupiter periods that came just before Saturn would bring problems for the previous relationship and by the time Saturn came a long he was often juggling the new and the old. And with many of his relationship changes also came a change in the style of this art. His work was heavily influenced by his relationships. As an artist using numerous mediums he was very likely exposed to lead, cadmium, silica dust and other toxins and irritants and it’s known that he never used protective gear. He also did much of his work with cigarette hanging out of his mouth. And though there is no documentation of hormonal imbalances he likes had high testosterone to account for his high libido that continued into old age. Stress hormones were also likely high: cortisol and adrenaline keeping him highly productive and full of fear: mood swings and emotional imbalances. It’s likely he suffered from depression and anxiety fo most of his life. The never ending need to prove himself in his career. He suffered chronic fatigue due to the intensity of his work, numerous social engagements and tumultuous relationships as he tried (and succeeded to a point) to keep up with much younger women. He was known to withdraw from society occasionally for a bit of crash and burn time and to indulge bouts of lethargy. Stomach problems have also been noted as he had irregular eating habit, and suffered much poverty early in his career. Later in life he had arthritis and stiffness in his hands. His eyesight deteriorated with age. His father, a professor of art was his first teacher and mentor but he later developed a strained relationship with him as his style diverged from the traditional. He did, however, maintain a loving relationship with his mother who always supported him. They have a dark and dangerous mentality. He started a relationship with Marie-Thérèse Walter, a 17-year-old who became his muse, but he continued the relationship with his wife as well through this period. Jacqueline Roque Portraits. “The Bathers” Series. He remained an outspoken supporter of Communism, though his relationship with the party became strained over the years. Retrospectives of his art were held, celebrating his influence on modern art.
Jupiter Saturn 1969 – ’72: He continued to create prolifically, producing paintings, drawings, and sculptures well into his 80s. His late works were marked by a return to vibrant, youthful styles, as if reflecting on his life’s journey. “Mousquetaire” Series: Paintings of musketeers that reflect his playful, free, and nostalgic. “The Matador”, a vibrant and symbolic self-portrait as a bullfighter. A series of bold, expressive nudes. Printmaking: etchings, lithographs, and linocuts. His work was celebrated globally, and his influence on modern art was universally acknowledged during this period. He lived in the south of France with Jacqueline Roque, largely withdrawn from public life but still actively working. He began experiencing bronchial and respiratory issues, cardiovascular issues He died from pulmonary edema and heart failure Apr. 8, 1973 at 91 years old. (See Saturn 10th house.)
Vincent van Gogh: Saturn conjunct Mercury, aspected by Jupiter & Ketu. Was shot in the stomach age …. Born in Mercury Saturn for the first year of life. Sun Saturn 1884 – 85: he produced much of his work in this period starting a few years earlier; it was a very productive time. From August 1884, Margot Begemann, a neighbour’s daughter ten years his senior, joined him on his forays; she fell in love and he reciprocated, though less enthusiastically. She helped him care for his mother when she injured herself. They wanted to marry, but neither side of their families were in favour. Margot was distraught and took an overdose of strychnine, but survived after Van Gogh rushed her to a nearby hospital. On 26 March 1885, his father died of a heart attack. Van Gogh painted several groups of still lives in 1885. During his two-year stay in Nuenen, he completed numerous drawings and watercolours and nearly 200 oil paintings. His palette consisted mainly of sombre earth tones, particularly dark brown, and showed no sign of the vivid colours that distinguished his later work His first master piece, “The Potato Eaters” was painted in this period.
