Venus is debilitated here but gets a considerable boost when in conjunction with Mercury or Mercury is in Libra. Kristen Gilbert Venus Mahadasha June 1991 – June 2011: suffered from an unstable mind with both Moon & Mercury quite heavily afflicted. It’s suspected she killed over 350 people while in capacity as a nurse. When the investigation into the deaths began, she called in a bomb threat to try to derail the investigation. She was convicted for the bomb threats in April 1998 after a four month investigation. A few year later, March 14, 2001, she was convicted of the murders. 27 March, 2001, the judge formally sentenced Gilbert to four consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole, plus 20 years. She was transferred from a prison for women to a secure psych ward where she has remained ever since.
