Simple Blue Collar image. They have to learn to speak up for themselves. They are usually good managers or resources. This Saturn can double up on the practical bullheadedness of Taurus to give them an especially thick skull.

Taurus represents that period of early childhood innocence and purity. Saturn taints this in some way with work, stress, fear, doubt and anxiety that an innocent child does not have the skills to deal with. Perhaps they cried for food and there was none to be given. They can easily carry some kind of dietary restriction into adulthood: fasting, vegan, vegetarian, all meat, low sugar diabetic, any kind of rule of regulation on diet. Regulations on speech might also be there.

They will find value in durability, they will may not have many possessions other than those they need for work; they don’t usually have need for a bunch of stuff, though they might value historical things, antiques, that special quality that comes only with age, with wear and tear. This might also describe their style to a certain degree: nice and stylish due to the Venusian influence, but relatively conservative in dress and style, preferring to wear the old favourites. This is not to say they won’t be materialistic; this Saturn is typically very materialistic, but they are good savers (Pisces and 12th will say more about their spending). They will reuse, recycle, repurpose and fix things to keep them going. You could say they are thrifty following both rules of becoming wealthy: spend less & make more. They aren’t adverse to risk, speculation, gambling, but they can be a little short sighted in their early years.

But they will have to fight through laziness and procrastination and they will have to learn to . This Saturn can give bad teeth, bad breath, thin hair, change their direction when new information emerges.

Saturn in Krittika 

It might take them some time to get started but once they are going: watch out. This is the big, black, red-eyed bull.

They can become really tough characters. Life will have a way of testing their endurance, their commitment, their patience. This position is like forging steel. Trial by fire time and time again; heated to incredibly high temperatures and then beaten into form. They often grow up being bullied until they learn to become the bully themselves. But life is not usually easy for them as they are constantly trying to avoid getting burned, while constantly putting their hand in the fire.

They are often weak, of small, or cripple, or helpless in some way; but they put on this tough shell to hide their weakness. This Saturn can affect the brain as well as the whole body. Inspiration does not come easy for them, they are not usually able to connect with god or anyone in a loving way; they are stuck in reality and find it difficult to bring awareness to the higher states of consciousness. The right brain might be less active leaving the left brain to work through all the step by step solutions before coming to a solution. They need time to make critical decisions or work their way through critical missions. They might also freeze and hesitate when the time comes to act. Especially in Aries there can be a fear of taking initiative, they might not even bother trying to start things or take the lead. This makes them followers with much less personal empowerment; it’s a kind of false power or speculative energy. It’s not a true energy source that leads to righteousness.

But often times they work very closely with reality in life or death situations like explosive experts or bomb disposal experts. Many scientists working with volatile substances, criminals who get themselves into volatile situations. They might be working in construction trades in isolated and dangerous environments. They don’t usually have much to do with the arts, or anything that demands finer sentiments; though there are exceptions like Bob Dylan whose Saturn is in exchange with Mars

Saturn will also have his effect on the razor, making it old and dull, possibly stone age tools for cutting. The criticism will be cold, harsh and old; exhausting. The cuts are serious, repetitive. These people might be resistant to criticism, which of course causes it to hurt that much more. Their sense of self worth and Self-confidence can be low.

The work or service environment will feature a lot of heat, fire, cutting machines, steel. heavy equipment. They might work with fire and combustion metallurgy as well. There seem to be many people skilled with explosives, guns, rockets, flares. Even Stephen Hawking is famous for the Big Bang, Elon Musk builds cheap rockets and electric cars, Phineas P. Gage was an old school railway boss working with explosives. And of course The titanic likely fired off every flare they had as it went down.

An interesting point that has been raised through research is that several of these people have had their brains preserved after death. John Wayne Gacy’s brain is apparently in a ziplock bag somewhere. Phineas Gage’s brain is in Harvard. No doubt they will preserve and study Stephen Hawking’s brain after death.

Loss of innocence. Most come from a working class family, earn your keep, work hard so that someday you can have something. They never feel like they have enough, they might live fairly simply regardless of how much wealth Venus might generate for them, but they will also have a knack for accumulation, saving things, storing them, repairing them, quality trumps everything for these natives every time. Although they are quite focused on collecting and gathering most of their life, they are not necessarily materialistic and they might not have a lot of stuff, but what they do have will be of high quality, durable, fixable, and lasting the test of time. Workplace relationships might also fuel some controversy; though they are also likely to marry someone from work, someone who does pretty much the same thing they do; but there are like to be improper affairs as well. Saturn Mahadasha 2019 – 2028: We don’t hear much from him, but he’s still alive.

Oscar Wilde Saturn conjunct Rahu, aspected by Mars. Venus is debilitated in Virgo & Saturn is isolated from the other planets. Imprisoned for homosexuality and his books were censored. His father was a notable ear & eye surgeon.  Venus Saturn 1874 – ’77: 17 October. 17, 1874 he started his studies in Oxford.   Sun Saturn 1884 – ’85: On May 29, 1884 he married Constance Lloyd.   Mars Saturn 1899 – 1900: 29 October 1900, he was bankrupt and practically bedridden in a Paris hotel room. He had surgery several weeks before for an ear infection. An abscess developed which led to acute meningitis, related some say, to syphilis.
