This Saturn is indeed a gangsters paradise. Everything gets turned upside down. The full power of Saturn here is to separate things into quadrants, divide and dissolve. There always seems to be a tonne of controversial elections. Todays Antifa vs Magha was once the Nazia vs the communists; not much has changes really. It’s a period of extremism. Stalins Purge & IRA Troubles.

Even I  feel this in myself, divided with a whole lot of emptiness in between. 2025 will begin and end with this transit. While we get a bit of Saturn in Uttara Bhadrapada in the middle. We only saw the first round early this year until Saturn went backwards into Shatabhisha; we still have two rounds to go.

What we saw in the Paris olympics began so long ago with women’s right, which morphed into Zena Warrior Princess and eventually we put women a boxing ring with men and called it sport. Alanis Moriset pretty much sums it all up with her misuse of ironic which rose her to teenage stardom. The mistakes seem to be elevated, the worst ideas given credence. Which puts me in mind of the mad genius whose running X no doubt in such a way as to stir up trouble. Though I suppose someone has to rally the troops against the government. Immigrants around the world are being scapegoated, or Jews, or Muslims, or pretty much anyone who might be described as the other. Our collective fingers are pointing outward and we are all being shown that only we, ourselves, are responsible. Take responsibility! Vote! Take action! Do something!

Helicopters come up a lot. If you’re. A helicopter pilot you might consider taking vacation for the rest of this transit since news of anything is never good news. However, we also saw marry Poppins fly with her umbrella turn into a commercial space walk in modern times.

I wonder if this Saturn doesn’t trigger a Vishnu aviator to rescue everything that is good & holy front eh bottom of the ocean, because that exactly where it is during this transit; buried under floods and landslides. The natives and samurai decimated. It seems fitting that China is said to have used the first paper money starting with this Saturn over 100 years ago. Later on the adding machine came along and then suddenly we were all objects to be counted with paper money and the adding machine. It’s such bud period that we might even thank god that he gave us whisky in this transit as well.

But from this mud we also found Anna Kerena, Light on Yoga & The Diamond Sutra which was discovered in the cave of 1000 Buddha; maybe you also like the Sound of Music.

—1995-’96 — “Streets of Philadelphia” — “All I want to do,” — Doomsday Cult — Internet/Netscape — “Gangsta’s Paradise” — “The Toy Story.” — Metro terrorism disasters — Movie: “Innocent Lies.” — Oklahoma city bombing — Chechen war — Kosovo Insurgency — longest sausage — Christopher Reeve paralysed — Pocahontas — Alanis Morisset “Ironic” — “Genocide” as pretext for War: Responsibility to protect — Xenia: Warrior Princess — OJ Simpson acquitted (glove didn’t fit) — Princess Diana intimate interview about the royal family — Black USA Million Man March — AIDS remedies: drug treatment & Baboon bone marrow transplant — Motorola flip phone — Java programming language — Communication Decency Act — GMO foods — Trainspotting — There were also many major leadership changes around the world.

Gangsters Paradise sums up this transit better than anything else. It’s fitting that the largest sausage was made in this period since gangs and sausage are ultimately made up of all the throwaways, cast-asides and outcasts. These are pretty much the same folks who gravitates to the internet; it’s like they could all come together from all over the world as universal movement. And with Netscape & the internet came  government attempts to regulate it and the sharing of pornographic images online; but most of this was later struck down in the courts.

We will find no shortage of fallen angels with this position of Saturn; it usually marks a significant change in world governance either bye election or over-throw.

By the time Saturn gets to Purva Bhadrapada, the people are strong, those without a voice, the outcast, the refugee, the ones who have nothing and belong no where (but are everywhere) find their voice strong by this point. Hollywoods was making films sympathetic to aides and gays. This was the first time that the USA insisted that powerful nations like USA had a “Responsibility to Protect”; they then carried out a brutal bombing campaign of Kosovo. We might note that Putin has referred back to this to legitimise Russian defence of Russian speakers in Ukraine. It essentially acts as a loop-hole in Human Right law to legitimise war (which can never really be legitimate). Strangely they called their bombing zones, “No-Fly Zones.”

There is something Orwellian and backwards about this transit: Kings fall, false flags, lies and darkness prevail. And the hero we are offered is only more lies, a woman, Xenia, the Warrior Princess; for male heroes we are given Buzz Lightyear, a collaboration between Pixar & Disney, paradoxical and fantastic creatures are made by mixing and matching the parts. Even the Man of Steel, Superman, Christopher Reeve fell off a horse and became paralysed from what is known as a hangman’s fracture (which was never really explained). Princess Diana brought the whole royal family down to earth with a moving and intimate interview; she is certainly one of the fallen ones. She would be killed in a tragic accident shortly afterwards (the little brat). Not so different from Pocahontas, which was released as an animation. The underdog story is strong with this transit: the looser, the victim is exalted.

And when we think of these Metis, cross breeds, innocent lies, odd examples of irony, we might also notice GMO foods and FlavrSavr mixing and matching genetic traits. And how idd the OJ Simpson trail ever boil down to: “If the glove doesn’t fi, you can’t convict;” everyone in the wold knows he did it except for 12 jurors. Who were probably paid off in the same way Sonny Liston was was in the previous Saturn transit when he was KOed by a phantom punch by Muhammad Ali.  This transit is indeed a gangsters paradise.

— ’65 – ‘67— “My Fair Lady” — “Chim-Chim Cher-ee” — Ali uses phantom punch to KO Liston — USA enters Vietnam war —— images of Mars: Is there life (Rust colour) — Medicare — Voter rights — Young boy bringing drinks to Americans is a spy —— Beatles: “We’re more popular than Jesus.” — “Sound of Music” — Uniform daylight savings time —— The Social Construction of Reality — Metropolitan Opera House — UNESCO Status of Teachers — Breeder reactor nuclear meltdown — New Orleans Saints Football Club — Art & Antiques destroyed in a flood in Florence — “Light on Yoga” —— Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights — Covenant on Civil and Political Rights — Expo 67 —

In the Broadway musical, “My Fair Lady,” we met a young flower seller (very Chitra) who wants to learn to speak like a lady so she takes speech lessons from a professor of phonetics who is eventually charmed by the young lady. Meanwhile the Rolling Stones’ lack of satisfaction was playing on the radio.  The Beatles declare themselves more popular than Jesus. The Beatles! Death! In case you didn’t notice, the god of the underworld has the power with this Saturn transit. And then we see the “Breeder Reactor Nuclear Meltdown.” This word ‘breeder’ is a description of Aquarius generally. In some sense that are people who don’t really bring much to the world except more humans; just breeders without any impulse control or concern for the truth in any way.. These days we call them woke leftists; but back in the ‘60s they were commie bastards. But the emotional meltdowns are the same, the sense of urgency and perhaps too the fear of imminent demise comes through their impassioned please. The threat is apparently so bad the US government has to arrange a false flag or some kind of catastrophe to show us just how immanent the threat is. There seems to be some rallying around a common enemy that binds people together in to teams which ultimately polarised the distinction between right and wrong (at leat in the eyes of those on one side or the other. For both the threat is immanent. The Americans learned very quickly in Vietnam that the smallest, most insignificant person can create the biggest problems when a young boy bringing drinks to American troops was actually making a map of their positions for a massive enemy attack. [Although the boy infiltrated by this time, the attack did not happen until Saturn went retrograde in Shatabhishaka.] Don’t discount the power of the little man; the underdog. There is also a certain amount of corruption with this nakshatra which might point to an inside man, a crossing of read lines, a crossing of all lines of decency and honour.

Kings seem to fall with this transit, or they at least get some mud in their face; they are cut down to the level of everyone else. We find a King stepping down so he could marry a commoner; who was twice divorced! It’s worth mentioning again that Super Man was paralysed in this transit! Superman, was taken down. Does this suggest that Purva Bhadrapada is Kryptonite; or perhaps it’s Saturns 3rd look into Aries which at least brings us close to the crypt of Bharani. It’s also likely that his look across into Leo is also having it’s negative a gloomy effect on the poor kings; but of course with this transit it can be a bit difficult to have sympathy for them. His aspect on Scorpio is also having an effect of highlighting the hidden and clandestine activity; guerrilla warfare, and somewhat irregular, forbidden and top secret  nature of his duties.

Something else came up in this transit period. Some of the first pictures of Mars taken from space; but more to the point is the rust colour of the planet. Rust comes from a kind of oxidisation, and I believe it’s also the colour of Purva Bhadrapada. This brings us the chimney sweep song of Mary Poppins that was so popular: “Chim-Chim Cher-ee”:

Now as the ladder of life
Has been strung
You may think a sweep’s
On the bottommost rung
Though I spends me time
In the ashes and smoke
In this ‘ole wide world
There’s no happier bloke

Chim, chimney
Chim, chimney
Chim, chim, cher-ee

A sweep is as lucky
As lucky can be

This is the perfect description of this transit. Who you think is the lowest and least powerful can turn out to be the highest and most powerful. Remember that this nakshatra is the pillar of existence; this is the substrata upon which that whole kingdom of earth is built: the little man. Teh might note that the USA also took this time to regulate time itself by instituting uniform daylight savings time; it’s kinda like being the kings secretary in cage of the appointment calendar; it’s a unique kind of power: bloodied but unbowed. And there does seem to be some rather interesting deals with the devil here. The government gives some voter and medicare rights on this hand, will getting ready to institute the draft for the Vietnam war on the other hand. We will see the protest progress as this transit evolves. Indeed the Beatles are more popular than the king.

— ’36 – ‘37— helicopter — stress — Mohawk Valley formula, a corporate plan for strikebreaking — all-Pullman Super Chief train engine — March of the Iron Will: Italy annexes Ethiopia — The Tulkarm Shooting; Palestinian revolt against Jewish immigration —— Rome-Berlin Axis — Spanish civil war starts — Stalinist Purge starts — The Montreux Convention (Bosphorus ship passage) — The Falling Soldier photograph — Tasmanian Tiger — Chicago uses radio for distance education during polio outbreak — Viking age craftsman tool chest is found —  BBC — CBC —— Chinese Civil War Pause — Trotsky show trials — Life Magazine — Famine in China (kills 5 million) — treatment for Meningitis — ArmeniaAzerbaijan and Georgia absorbed into Soviet Union — Irish Free State signs a constitution limiting the power of the British Monarch — Nylon is patented — “With Burning Concern” critical of both Naziism & Communism — 300 monks killed in Ethiopia —The great depression is coming to an end.

Stress, doubt, fear is all heightened with this Saturn transit. The great depression had been grinding on for years already. The people of the world had reached their breaking point. The under-developed Turkish nation flexed its muscles with the Bosphorus canal. The power of the great empires was waning allowing room for the little guy to grow and expand. Germany, who felt they had been walked all over since WW I was rising under the leadership of Hitler; a pact with Mussolini made him feel practically invincible: the Pact of Steel. Interestingly, Italy called their annexation of Ethiopia, the March of Iron Will. Steel, alloys, and perhaps stainless steel are all concepts that repeatedly come up. We might also look into allusion tot eh Iron Cross.

Hitler grew up in poverty to become Feuhur; I guess you could say that the little man proved himself to the world. I wonder how many times he said, “I’ll show you,” as he was being squashed like a beetle under someone’s boot. The situation was so severe that the Pope issued a tract “With Burning Concern” which condemned the rise of Naziism, he latter wrote of the dangers of Communism. It’s clear that this in the highest office were concerned. Italy slaughtered 300 monks in Ethiopia. The Tasmanian tiger became extinct; this is as grave for the kings as the fall of Superman, the Man of Steel. Trotsky probably should have been running things in the Soviet Union, but Stalin’s thugs went on a reign of terror killing anyone who actually contributed something to society while promoting the most violent and useless people to positions of power. Indeed he turned the Soviet Union into a Gangster’s Paradise, had a show trail against Trotsky and ensured he remained in exile. Trotsky was himself a little man who posed a threat tot he world order in Europe and was being shuffled along from one country to the next. The Spanish civil war also kicked off in this period where the global proxy war for control of Spain raged against the common people of Spain. They were, in some sense, the Ukraine of the 1930s, just as Vietnam was the main battle ground of the 1960s, and Kosovo (and the territory to the former Yugoslavia).  The whole world funnels weapons, soldiers and funding to the two sides of the conflict and all hell breaks loose. We might also note that one of the greatest equalisers is a gun. A king and a chimney sweep might be in a room together, but if the chimney sweep has a gun and the king doesn’t, then its’s clear who has the power.

We see an almost opposite effect in China, where civil war had been raging for years between Mao’s irregular guerrilla forces and the governments regular troops. But with Chinese sovereignty threatened by the Imperial Japanese, they paused their war against each other and turned their attention towards a common enemy; the Japanese Empire which was much stronger than both Chinese armies put together.. They still did not work together, but they no longer worked against each other. This point to rather strange bedfellows. In some sense this is very much the energy of friends and acquaintances that we see through Aquarius; or perhaps, through the lens of Saturn it is a rather cold, but it’s a working, functional, and convenient friendship. Everyone is still fully independent; but they are working towards a common goal. It’s a shame that fighting together against Japan didn’t bind the two sides more tightly, but right after WW II ended, the civil, brotherly war was back on.

The famous photograph of the “Fallen Soldier” was taken in this period. Those who sacrifice their lives for a higher purpose or a higher cause or so others don’t have to be there. Those who run into certain death with a smile and a grin because they know somehow that they will be victorious. Purva Bhadrapada can be understood as just this: those who have fallen on the battle field; perhaps those who make the ultimate sacrifice. The Pullman Super Chief diesel train engine was the little engine that could…. I can do it; I can do it. Choo-choo. (I’m starting to wonder if there is not some ‘ch-‘ sound involved with this Saturn. Or perhaps words that describe a sound by sounding similar to the sound, but they don’t really have any meaning. On this topic, we also get the invention of the first helicopter that could actually be controlled. Just imagine the kind of noise that thing would put out, also, I think, a rather loud ch-ch-ch-ch sound.

Corporate was hiring gangs of strike breakers.

The common man was also finding a voice through media; one wonders if the beginning of BBC & CBC was as exciting as the internet, which will come in a similar Saturn transit in the mid-90’s, and which also gives voice to the common man. The Irish are able to put limits on the British Monarchy in Ireland through constitution. In many ways, constitutions, human right legislation, are flexes in power of the most weak and vulnerable who are only able to get such concessions when the king is weak. When the system of Aquarius is strong, when the bureaucracy run by commoners is strong; the king is weak. It’s quite clear these days that government bureaucracy is at the peak of their power, just as it was under Hitler. During the great depression, FDR, fought a massive war against the constitution in order to implement his new deal. Many of these changes, such as giving the power of interstate commerce to the federal government has greatly reduces the power of the states and the individuals to live a free and sovereign live without trouble from some government entity. There is much noise that FDR’s New Deal program lifted the USA out of the poverty of the great depression; but it was really the industrialisation project to prepare for WW II that pulled the whole world out of depression; this was also a kind of deal with the devil. Do we say thanks to Hitler for bringing and end to WW II? This wouldn’t be true; but we also lie to ourselves when we give credit to some benevolent politician who is no more than a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Have we mentioned the lies, falsehood, sleight of hand, pure deceitful and  roguish nature Purva Bhadrapada.

Meningitis is acute or chronic inflammation of the protective membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. This is also a pretty good description of the fall of the king caused by bacteria, virus, fungi, parasites  or infectious disease: something that seems so insignificant at first. In Chinese medicine the brain is the Emperor. Polio is another illness that is on everyone’s minds; possibly just because of the noise being made about it on the media; like the bird flu of today. The media is basically y the soft power of corporate in comparison to the hard power they were exerting through strike busting gangs. We might also note that is someone is making money by busting strikers, then it becomes in their favour to make sure there are also lots of violent strikes. I think Pinkerton Detective agency way playing a role in all of this. We might also not that Palestinian resistance against Jewish immigration to Palestine had already stated years before the 1947 agreement that effectively transferred ownership of the land to the Israel.

— 1906 – ’08 — Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 6 — Inmates to a leper colony — Kigs wedding day assassination attempt —— Geneva Convention — Dreyfus Affair ends & J’accuse… — Finish women vote —— The Diamond Sutra — US immigration peak — Mud march for woman’s rights — Picasso’s Les Demoiselles d’Avignon — Bulgaria PM assassinated — Far meters on Taxis — Trotsky making Communist trouble in Europe — Battleship arms race in South America —— Church of God Christ — Finnish Prohibition Act (not ratified by Grand Duke) — 15 killed while consecration of a Catholic Church in Hungary — Bankers Panic Stock crash leads to first stock buy-back financed by financiers — long-wave telegraphy allows long-distance radio — language for international use: Esperanto — Newfoundland & New Zealand join British Empire as Dominions — Anglo-Russian Entente pauses the Great Game — Anarchist Congress — “The Secret Agent” by Conrad —Book “Creative Evolution” —— Times Square Ball Drop — ”Scouting for Boys” —

The most significant thing of this period is easily the Convention for the Amelioration of the Condition of Wounded, Sick and Shipwrecked Members of Armed Forces at Sea. Oddly, this was signed about the same time that US inmates being sent to a leper colony island in the Philippines; which was fully controlled by USA.  Again this transit is giving rights to the lowest and weakest people. These rights at leat give them a leg to stand on. In Finland the women were the first in Europe to get the vote; their first leg. Riots soon broke out in London and the rest of the world gave in before too long. It’s like a new president get set. It’s like, once a line gets crossed; give an inch; take a mile. It’s all over after that; the next thing you know some maniac tries to kill the king and queen on their wedding day, but kills a few dozen bystanders by mistake.

And if there was even a child of devil, it is most certainly the Dreadnought battleship. These things were all the rage; there was a world wide race to build the most and the biggest of them to control the seas. Germany launched their first submarine, the U1. This transit seems to increase industrialisation, especially in the arms industry.

18 April 1965 – 03 February 1967: Saturn in Purva Bhadrapada

05 March 1936 – 26 May 1937: Saturn in Purva Bhadrapada

This transit seems to increase industrialisation, especially in the arm industry.
